Step 1 – Sow Those Seeds (March - July)

Sow seeds 1 cm deep in pots, containers, or directly into beds. Space 5 cm apart and keep soil evenly moist. Germination can take 2–3 weeks, so be patient!

STEP 2 - WATCH THEM GROW

Once seedlings appear, thin or transplant them to 15cm apart so each plant has space to spread. Water regularly and ensure consistent moisture, especially in warm weather.

STEP 3 - KEEP THEM GROWING

Feed every 3–4 weeks with Seed Folk fertiliser or a general-purpose liquid feed. Parsley grows well in part shade but thrives in full sun with regular watering. Remove any yellowing leaves to keep plants healthy.

STEP 4 - HARVEST TIME

Harvest outer leaves once plants are well established, allowing new growth to form from the centre. Regular picking keeps the plant productive and encourages lush, curly growth all season long.

Top Tip: Curled parsley is perfect for garnishes — snip fresh leaves just before serving for maximum flavour and colour.
