Grow Boxes

Due to the live nature of our grow boxes, we can't offer returns or refunds.

If you subscribe to one of our grow boxes and are struggling with growing your plants, get in touch with us. We will make every effort to get them back to full health. If we can’t fix the problem, we will send you some new seeds in replacement.

Cancellation policy

If you’re unhappy with your subscription for any reason, you can cancel it anytime. 

Pots, Saucers & Totes

For all one off purchases of our fabric grow pots, saucers and tote bags, we offer a 14 day return policy from the date of delivery, for any unwanted items.

Please check your item is in a reselable condition and in its original packaging.  To help us process your return quickly, please ensure you include your name, address and order number in the return parcel.  Ensure you affix the correct postage and return your parcel to:

We recommend you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us. We regret that we are only able to refund postage charges if you have been sent incorrect, faulty or damaged goods. 

We cannot offer refunds for deliveries that arrived but you were not in to collect.

If there's anything wrong with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to contact us via email and raise an issue. We'll do our best to resolve any faults our end.
